For many regular guests, the Gnollhof is the quintessence of a time out in the heart of nature. And more and more guests come every year. As soon as they arrive, they are thrilled by the team’s excellent service and the unique panoramic location close to nature, just a few minutes’ drive from Klausen. Already in the 19th century, the location attracted numerous guests to come and visit us. Catered for by our family, they enjoyed the view while savouring homemade South Tyrolean cuisine. Since then, a lot of improvements have been made. Our generation, with Margit and Peter Verginer as managing directors, is constantly investing in what the hotel offers. Nowadays, the Gnollhof is a 4-star hotel, which inspires people with its proven strengths, great location, and guest-oriented culture.

And by this we also mean all our staff who make the Gnollhof one of the most successful hotels in the Eisack Valley. Many of them have been an integral part of the team for several years.
