The Gnollhof luxury board begins on the day of arrival at 2.00 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10.00 a.m. You are welcome to enjoy the lunch buffet for €20.00 on the day of departure. We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons, table reservations in the dining room cannot be made in advance. Price per person for additional breakfast €20.00, dinner €50.00, lunch buffet €30.00. No reduction is given if lunch or breakfast are not consumed.

If a double room is used by one person, the following surcharges apply per day: DR Lärche €20.00; DR Zirm €20.00; DR Forest €20.00; DR Alpin €45.00; DR Mountain Spirit €55.00; Fichte Suite €45.00; Lärche Suite €30.00 and Zirm Suite €45.00.

The room reservation becomes binding with a written booking confirmation. If you should also indicate a specific room number for the desired room type, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, we cannot make any guarantees.

Please understand that we can only accept bookings for less than 3 nights at short notice.

We are happy to provide you with a wellness bag with bathrobes for the duration of your stay. Please bring your own slippers to help us cut down on waste and do our bit to help the environment. If necessary, disposable slippers are available at reception. There is a fridge in every room. On request, it can be filled. Please let the reception know. There is a washroom with washing machine and tumble dryer available (€5 per wash).

Dogs are allowed upon request. We charge € 15,00 per day for your four-legged friend (without food). Please bring your own dog blanket and bed. Please also understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area, or the pool area.

The bill can be paid in cash, with a Visa, Mastercard, or EC card on the day before departure up to 9.00 p.m. or from 8.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Unfortunately, something can happen to anyone.

For cancellations made up to eight weeks before arrival, we will only retain the €300 deposit. After that, we will charge 90% of the booked hotel stay. Early departures are charged 100% of the booked stay.

We recommend that you avoid cancellation fees by taking out our inexpensive travel insurance policy. It will ensure that you are covered in the event of legally binding cancellation fees. This covers a Covid illness in addition to illness or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents. You can find more information here. The insurance must be taken out when booking the room. If purchased at a later date, insurance cover applies only from the 10th day after payment of the premium.

We are happy to confirm the free of charge cancellation (48 hours prior to arrival) due to Corona for cases not included in the insurance, such as border closures and changes in quarantine regulations at short notice.
