You have probably noticed that wine is an important part of the Gnollhof. Not only does it play a role in the family-owned vineyard in the valley, but also at 1,160 metres above sea level. As fervent wine lovers, we dedicate a lot of time and passion to these exquisite wines. We taste regional and international wines regularly and experiment with French, German, Austrian, and also Eisack Valley wines. We judge according to our personal taste, resulting in a very individual selection, which we are delighted to share with you. Each wine is a natural quality product, the product of committed people who carry out their work in the vineyard with passion and dedication.
