The activity takes place every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. (subject to change). The meeting point is the hotel reception. Registration is possible at reception until 8:00 p.m. on the previous day.

Do I need to be sporty or fit?
Not at all. The programme is designed to be gentle, accessible and mindful, making it suitable for participants of all fitness levels.

What is the best season for “Fit through the forest”?
